My negative experience with a high dose of dxm

I am an experienced dxm user. I have been using it for over a year. I made the mistake of taking two bottles of gel caps. 20 cough gels in each bottle. It was the worst trip I have ever had. I had extreme anxiety and paranoia
throughout the entire trip. I had auditory hallucinations. 450-500 milligrams is great, and I would recommend any first time user to start at 450mg. What I am trying to get at is it's scary as fuck if you take too much of this stuff.

At that dose my friend would be puking all night and he'd be on my cough looking like a vegetable and it just be annoying because he'd watch the same dam sushi documentary on repeat and I'd just be bored watching him like bruh you get sick everytime
