Music that gives good visuals on lsd

I'm of course going to put The Grateful Dead and Phish at the top of the list, but there are a few select albums that are absolutely essential for that kind of trip; the indoor, set the room up just right im gonna dissect atoms in space kind of trip.

Pink Floyd Piper at the Gates of Dawn.
Pink Floyd Atom Heart Mother
Frank Zappa Freak Out!
And #1. The single greatest album ever made by any one at any time.

The Moody Blues To our Children's Children's Children.

Sunrise with Poppy tea and Miles Davis and i am a new person.

Grateful Dead. Harpur College Binghamton May 1970. But Valentine's day 1970 at the Filmore East. First the Allman brothers took the stage and killed it for hours. Then the Dead came on and i believe played until sunrise. You can feel the acid. The air is so thick and rich with it. Everyone is home.

Infected Mushroom has some good songs, i.e Groove Attack and Where do I belong. I also enjoy Pink Floyd's Brain Damage and the album 'The Wall'.

Porcupine Tree - Stupid Dream

is a pretty good psychedelic rock album

also lots of their other releases

I suggest you to try David August. Egg. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zvi4JYmRXzI His music makes tripps wonderful, peaceful, magical and dream-like. What else? Beethoven. Yes Beethoven. So amazing on LSD.
But my favourit is Jimi Hendrix. If you dont know already i recommend Red House - winterland 10/10/68 and alberhall performance as well as burning desire and bleeding heart also included in the machine gun live album. Listen to hendrix live on LSD and melt with him and the audience. Enjoy!

Consider The Source is a cool instrumental psychedelic/progressive rock band. I recently went to one of their concerts and took some ALD-52. It was an amazing experience and I had a lot of colorful visuals. It was definitely the best concert I've been to. After playing a set of their songs they played a set of Radiohead songs. Speaking of Radiohead, I highly recommend listening to In Rainbows while tripping.

I am uncertain about LSD since personally LSD hasn't given me much for visuals.
However when I take mushrooms I LOVE looking up "Dark ambient drone" music." on youtube.
That being said, there is a reason it's called "dark."
It can sound almost (downright) creepy some times; but for some reason I actually enjoy the ambiguity of it. It seems to mesh well with my trips without being too overwhelming or thought directing

Dude I love dark music, the darker the better. Like anything from dark ambient thats full of spooky sounds to Gothic style synth rock. I actually owe it to my ex for getting me into some of the more industrial down tempo stuff. Dont like screaming vocals so its not that kind of stuff its always female vocalists whose voice i fall in love with and they sing about failed relationships death blood etc. For something down tempo with interesting lyrics i would suggest "Collide" specifically the "Chasing the Ghost" album god i love that womans voice coupled with the awesome down tempo dark stuff, amazing. If you just want one song recommended "Razor Sharp" and "monochrome" are my favorites.

We differ in that i enjoy lyrics but they are all with long instrumentals and females so it becomes part of the song, half the time i barely even listen to the words. I also get zero visuals from LSD but I wouldnt want them im in it more for the mental components :)

As I grow older I am finding that my music tastes are changing , although I still enjoy the old favorites like Dead , Weather Report , CSNY , FZ , Pentangle , etc , etc ....
A lot of old stuff that is more timeless than old ....
I have noticed that my local radio stations are playing music that spans several decades , and not just only the " latest " current era fare . [ I guess they would quickly become very boring otherwise ] .

But at times I very much enjoy jazz , or music from the big-band " swing " era , or at other times classical music ; however my moods and preferences might be constantly changing while tripping .
