MST with Quitiapine?

Stupidly took a friends advice on a combo of MST 30mg with Quitiapine 400mg, for a spaced out chilled effect.

Just ended up twitchy and nauseated. Taken both separately before and had no issues.

Just the wrong combo/dosage or completely the wrong pills for that?
