I usually mess around with percs I take like 5 so 50 mg. I got these today and they say don't crush or cut... Knowing my tolerance what can I do. Am I screwed. I wanna get a nice high I don't wanna die. Any advice

what does parachuting mean? I took a third of one about 3 hours ago and i feel nothing. I talk to a pharmacist online and they said i would die if i cut it... but like i feel like thats extreme. like they are meant to say that to deter abuse.

Parachuting is when you crush the pill up, wrap the powder in a small piece of toiler paper and swallow it to bypass the extended release mechanism. DYING from cutting it up? That does sound pretty extreme. I've never heard of anything like that. I always parachuted or snorted my morphine. Usually if it was a capsule with time release beads, I would crush and snort or if it was a tablet I would parachute because there was way too much powder to snort from those. I live in canada keep in mind, your morphine pills may be different than mine.

The extended release tabs gel up in when crushed and put in water, to deter iv abuse. You are not going to die if you crush them(though I doubt you'll have much success with it, just eat them.

On that note, we aren't here to help you get high, we are a harm reduction forum, so I'm closing this sorry.
