I've read many threads asking about morphine sulfate's bioavailability, and from what I've read, one is incorrect. Rectum ROA actually provides ~50%

I have been doing research on Morphine for the past few months on which ways best suite the needs of the hospital. We are actually now working on obtaining morphine sulfate suppositories in 5mg-50mg.

I will link the research work once it's published. So no more of that "~30%" rectal B/A. It's actually ~50% -/+

Plug away!

Well that depends on few factors. One of them obviously is constipation which is very common if you frequently use opiates. Or for a long time.
And being constipated will reduce substantially the availability, if any. And it seems to have a slow reaction IMO.

But we are all different and I'm sure this is working well for a lot of people or else we wouldn't be talking about this or having studies published.
