Morphine ER dose question

Hey so I usually do .4 IV of black tar spread out through the day everyday that's my tolerance and I came up on a gang of ABG 15 morphines extended release what's a good dose for me to get well and get a nod going ? Thanks .
 
Sorry, that is against the rules. Dont shoot pills if thats your prefered route and stay safe.
