Just curious which is more effective. Because I've heard different response

It depends on the quantity of the substance you are injecting. Generally speaking more water will be less caustic in the event of a miss, as long as the amount of water isn't so much that it's inconvenient to properly inject, generally more water might be better.

with speed, the consensus i think is to use as little water as possible. to get a good rush, you want a thick shot. you want it thick and you want it to hit your brain all at the same time, so youd need to press the plunger down quickly. if your shot is administered slowly, not enough substance hits at once to produce the type of rush that most people desire. the general rule is like ten units to a point. if the shit isnt dissolving in that much water, add a drop at a time until it does. also, if its not dissolving in that much water, find a new dude, cause your stuff is all cut up. methamphetamine will readily dissolve in water, quite quickly, anything that doesnt is not meth, its cut. now, for harm reductions sake, dont do any of that, use more water as it will be less harsh on your veins. or dont administer ma intravenously at all. always use safe iv practices if you do. know what to expect if you do this shit anyways, its gonna take your goddamn breath away, your heart is gonna pound in your chest, your gonna get hot and sweat, and youre gonna feel like youre gonna die. you likely will not if youre doing a "safe" amount. thats gonna be about a point, maybe 2. so yeah, less water is what youre looking for, but it aint the safest way of going about things,
