Missed Shot of Coke and Meth Mix Help

about 30 minutes ago SWIM shot in the vein on the top of my arm in the middle of my arm of cocaine and meth mixed. It was a 25 unit shot and swim missed about maybe 10-15 units? There was a medium size coke rock and a couple little crystals of meth in it, about the same amount each. It didn't register at first swim moved it then SWIM was in then swim started shooting and while swim was shooting swim push in too far because i am using an old needle sadly so it was a little hard to push. SWIM moved it again and SWIM THINK swim was in, not sure. but swim finished it anyway. After pulling out i felt my tricept and i saw a little tendon switching a little, also the area was numb, there is a bump that isn't very noticible unless I show you. not very sore and it's a little hard. It doesn't hurt to touch or hurt at all really but im concerned weather to go to the hospital or if it isn't that serious. oh yeah and it isn't bruised or discolored
