Minor Symptoms of Withdrawal After a Weeks Use? (Opiates)

I was at someone I prefer not to incriminates house digging through the good ol' prescriptions and to my surprise he had a stockpile of painkillers, 2 bottles of tylenol 3's, and a bottle of Endocet (Oxy7.5/325APAP), leaving me with handfuls of pills. I don't have sky high tolerance but it's up there, 50mg oxy provides a two hour high with no nod unfortunately. Now I have all this medication in my possession and my infrequent use turns into daily use (I have no self-restraint when tempted with an opiate high if I had H I'd probably shoot it) so I binge with nightly use. I can't recall doses but that stash disappeared in 5 nights, and idk if its relevant but alcohol, muscle relaxers, and anti-histamines were also used during and meth once separately. I've binged before like this and felt fine but this time the day after the night I didn't have any I felt pretty shitty with some symptoms akin to opiate withdrawal, those being headache, abdominal/back pains, lower apatite, and loss of interest. Instead of insomnia however I couldn't get up much and was very tired all day. Now the question is was I actually experiencing withdrawal? I never have before and am not chemically or physically addicted but i'm scared my next binge will result in such, can dependence form in a week's time, and how can I watch out and prevent this?

It certainly could be the opiates. If you took opiates for seven days straight, you very well could be having low level withdrawal. It really sounds like you may have pushed your limits and are probably having some opiate withdrawal symptoms. Also, you were taking someone else's drugs and I bet they'll be fucking pissed about that. At least, I would be if I had pills that were getting stolen like that. Unless somehow the pills were left in an apartment by the previous tenant or something and they just left all that stuff there, the drugs weren't really in your possession. You just robbed somebody of their pills while you were at someone's house. You didn't buy them from him, you just boosted it. You likely are having some withdrawal from this binge though, you took a lot of opiates for seven days in a row. Certainly could trigger withdrawal for some people.

Thanks I wasn't sure if symptoms could develop in a week have you ever felt anything like that? and me and the guy are good friends he helped me look for them theyve been expired for years

Glad to hear you didn't steal them and your friend was aware you took the expired pills. If you were taking really high doses over the week that is well beyond what people normally take for pain and essentially were on an epic binge for seven days, then I would not be surprised if you had withdrawal albeit really mildly. Normally, it would take longer than that to get withdrawal though perhaps with very, very heavy use over a week could cause a very, very mild form of it. Believe me though, what you're experiencing if it is very mild withdrawal is nothing like you'd get if you really were to become dependent. I have never even done opiates to speak of, so I may not be the best person to ask on this. But I have heard about them, and they can be surprising with regard to the relatively short period of time it takes to get physical addiction. I've only really taken stims on a regular basis as well as alcohol and cannabis. So, I don't really know much about opiates, but I have heard that they are quite addictive. Normally, getting withdrawal after a week would be uncommon as far as I know, but if you had been doing opiates prior to that and built somewhat of a tolerance then went on a really crazy binge on them, I wouldn't be surprised. Though, like I said, I wouldn't really know. It might not be withdrawal, maybe you're just getting sick or something. I don't know, but I'd say it's definitely a good idea probably stay away from opiates at least for a good while before you really do get hooked if you think you might have gotten a slight withdrawal from a binge. I've had friends who have had a full-fledged opiate habit, and it's surprisingly easy to get hooked so I'd stay far away from opiates for a good while if you're concerned about this. Though, honestly with such little time, it might not be withdrawal so much as you just binged very hard and kind of wore yourself out since you were saying you drank a lot and did meth as well on top of all that. No wonder you're feeling bad while coming down. It might not be withdrawal in the sense of dependency, but I think there's a very good chance that having done all those drugs over the week is the reason why you feel like crap now. I've certainly been there myself, not with opiates so much, but in general...... what goes up must come down, unfortunately.

I would be very surprised if you experience withdrawal symptoms after just a week more likely your just a bit burnt out

Its not likely that you'd get withdrawal after a week but its certainly possible. I'm sure part of it is anhedonia from the meth.

Okay thanks for the help you all, i woke up again today with painful stomach ache and headache but things seem to be going uphill now. I was taking doses of 50-70mg oxy and 150-240mg codiene at a time and only cwe'd a few times I can probably attribute some of the shitty feeling to the ridiculousolous apap intake. I do drugs quite often but haven't experianced anything like this. So it is possible for very mild wd to occur in a weeks time then? Good to know next time i have a large amount ill make sure not to go drug crazy, and spread my doses out. If anyone has any other info or input its much appreciated other than that this can be closed; it was just a quick question. thank you again BL and those of you who responded :)

m a recovering H addict. I was recent in hospitalized for acute bacterial infection that painfully spread throughout my body. I was on IV Morphin in the hospital and then oxy 10. I was sniffing the oxy. In addition for "pain management" the doc gave me tizanidine and Gab. I have several tizanidine 4gm left and only about 6 300mg gaby left. I felt a slight w/d this morning before I took the rest of my oxy. I was only on opiates for 8days. But I was abusing the oxy after being released from the hospital 3 days ago. What combination of these can I do over the next couple of days to not feel so crappy and be able to function to get to all my specialist appointments and find my apartment I have to move into this week??? I've had 2 weeks from hell and refuse to get strung out again. I just don't want nor have time for w/d. TIA

I'd also like to add that I did not smoke weed or drink alcohol during this time. I was on decent doses of morphine in the hospital, and had a script from a couple days prior of oxy 10 that I would sniff in the bathroom. I sniffed about 2-4 once or twice a day for a few days while in the hospital. On the last 3 days I've done about 20 oxy 10s. This morning before I did the second to last dose, my nose felt like w/d nose and my body ached. Basically, I wanna know how to use the tizanidine and the 6 300mg Gabapentin to take the minimal w/d away. TIA. I know I'm gonna have to suck up the real physical pain, which had gotten much much better in the last 4 day. But I need to be productive and not sick at all.

I dont have much experiance with wd, or tizanidine but when you take the gabby stagger the doses dosing 150mg every 30 mins or popping one every hour that will allow maximum absorption as well as making them last longer and keep you together for a day, i would say use the tizanidine to help you Sleep or perhaps take a small dose with your gabby
