Methoxphenidine and Diphenidine tolerance

People talk about how tolerance buildup with these two is pretty high, I'm up to taking 200mg orally two hours before bed and turning lights off, listening to music and hoping I get the high. I always have an empty stomach etc. but how long will it be before 120mg of MXP makes me diss again?

Also, does a tolerance of one of these substances directly affect tolerance levels of the other? As people say don't take more than 150mg diphenidine but 210mg doesn't even give me a hole anymore.

Any answers would be really appreciated.

Tolerance between the two is shared, and it takes probably 6 months to a year of total dissociative abstinence to see any sort of improvement.

I've read like a 1-2 weeks to get to baseline.

1-2 weeks make a big difference to me but sure as hell doesn't get to "baseline" for me.
