Hi y'all, what's up? Been a while since I dusted my keyboard to access this website, I know, not interesting. Let's get to the point. Meth causes high heart rate and high blood pressure due to vascoconstriction, right? Viagra causes low blood pressure and I think lower heart rate through vasodilation. So, from someone who knows more, could I use Viagra and a sedative or just Viagra if my blood pressure and pulse leaves the safe range? Thanks.

Are you simply asking if you can use either sedatives or viagra to control high heart rate from meth/stimulants? I think the sensible answer is to limit/control use of meth so your heart rate. blood pressure isn't going thru the roof.
Well one of them I can answer 100%, DO NOT use Viagra or Cialis in an attempt to vasodilate and/or lower heart rate or blood pressure. Viagra dilates some arteries like in your cock and in some lung ones I think also but it may also actually constrict others. ALSO if you have a hypertensive crisis or heart attack or something serious you cannot be given nitrate vasodilators by paramedics because you blood pressure could drop too much.
This is a very foolish path to go down for this. Combinations of stimulants and viagra/cialis should be seriously considered more dangerous than many seem to take it imo. I am still waiting to see a friggin Cardiologist after I had what felt like a massive heart attack (from combo of MDPV and Cialis) at the time but since I seem okish now and an ECG turned up ok I suspect it was either an acute arrythmia making heart pumps hugely inefficient (ventricle/atria contractions out of whack) or a coronary artery spasm.
What do you mean by sedative, like a benzo? If so that is ok but you can get into a nasty situation of needing one with the other and next thing you are addicted to 2 drugs not 1 for side effects, not a good habit.

I would advise against mixing the two. SWIM decided to drop 200mg sildenafil after a big night having consumed 0.05g methamphetamine. Have slight tracers in vision and blood pressure has fallen dramatically. Not a good feeling at all. It kicked in a lot faster on an empty stomach but it's a fricking awkward feeling, almost like being on research chems. I honestly have a love-hate relationship with sildenafil (I've only taken it two or three times and enjoyed myself), I don't find it's effective and it's kind of like depriving some organs of blood flow for others? It's a stupid drug. Not everything in life is about having a "rock hard erection" or what some people have called it after ingesting sildenafil....I've found it's a normal erection, maybe about 5% girthier if that? But yeah...I wouldn't mix the two drugs or suggest it.
