Methadone and Diarrhea

Hey guys, I started methadone about 8-9 days ago and the last 2.5 days I've had severe diarrhea. I wasn't using rly heavy before I started methadone, and I don't really feel sick. Anyone on methadone had this happen? Because the few people I talked to at the clinic didn't know anything... But as of a few hours ago I've been farting more and shitting less... But I mean I've been through some serious heroin withdrawal before but this is far worse.... Sorry folks, kind of a strange question. And my apologies if I posted in the wrong thread.

Maybe you got food poisoning from something ? Maybe it isn't from the methadone ...plenty of times I would get the shits from my never cooking at home phase and I would have not symptoms other than the squirts not even a stomach ache
IMO if it was the methadone you would've felt it right off the bat not a week later
Wait a few more days if not go to your doc to get checked out
Make sure to stay hydrated and eat light
