Meth suggested time off

I just started to do meth a few weeks ago had done it before several years back but came across good deal bought some up for rainy day type thing. Started new job the hours were challenging being it was early in the morning started to use meth regularly to get me going in the morning and to help me through long days. Been about a week and a half been doing it regularly last week I wasn't feeling it as much after a few days took a day off and it hit me hard again after few consecutive days don't feel it like I use to. Know I can't go on using it the way I was but really enjoy the occasional buzz how long will I have to wait til I get decent buzz off it again. I am relatively new to it would maybe like to do it once a month or so any feed back experienced users can provide be greatly appreciated.
