Stimulants Meth smoking dosage and still sleep, noob

Everyone talks mg but can anyone tell me in hits from the pipe? I haven’t don’t meth in 7 years. Never had a habit. Did 4 hits over the course of 11pm to 9am. Now it’s 2pm. I want to sleep tonight and yet can’t function. How many draws from the pipe should I take to actually feel I can make it til bedtime, but also get to sleep by 2 am or so? I have herbs, 1mg Xanax, trazodone.
Thanks and sorry for amateurishness about weights and grams
 
It has such a super long half life, for me redosing makes it impossible to gauge bedtime, I mean I have a better feel how to do it after awhile but it's still tricky
