meth bubbler help!!!

so I've been smoking meth for maybe a year now, almost always out a pipe but im starting to us a water pipe and I can't seem to hit it right. all my hits are weak, tips or tricks or maybe even a how to?

Meth is water soluble. Meaning when the smoke goes through the water, the water absorbs most of the meth.
