Mephedrone (4-MMC) first time oral dosage

Hey everyone!

So I did quite a bit of research and I'm still confused about what the proper oral dose should be. From this forum topic, general consensus is 150-200mg for the first time use. However, other resources state that you should take 4-5mg/kg to feel the proper experience even the first time.

I've got yellow-ish crystals claimed to be "pre-ban quality", that smell like hospital.

I'm 90kg and my wife is 55, we're in mid 20s. We've had moderate experience with MDMA, last time was two months ago. We usually take 120-180mg of the substance.

I'm leaning towards taking 300mg for myself and 200mg for wifey. As far as I've research there is no risk of OD'ing with such small dosage, but safety is always first and I also want to have enough erection for sex (which isn't always possible on MDMA).

Did you check Psychonautwiki for dosage? I usually take the upper limit of a given dose bracket as they tend to err on the overly safe side. Tripsit sort of throws caution to the wind sometimes, so I'd be a little leery of their dosing.
As far as psychoactives go, mg/kg is a little misleading - and often inaccurate.

300mg is a HUGE dose of this compound, no matter who you are. I'd probably go with less than 200 for both of you. Maybe 125 for her, and 180 for you to start. You have plenty, just don't be stupid about it.

Heya. Yeap, checked the dosages. Also checked some DN forums where actual users post, and they recommend even more - 400-500 for the first time oral ROA with 0 tolerance.

Starting with less would be wiser, I just worry that we'll waste a lot if it isn't enough and we redose with almost the same amount.

Man that looks tasty! I got burned the last two vendors i tried and just lost money lol.

My advice is take 250mg. That used to be the standard dose caps were sold in and my first time it was plenty.
Comes up within the hour and if it's not strong enough you can just take a few bumps to get where you need to be
