Misc Menthol may bind to GABA and other receptors

I read the Menthol may bind to GABA, Opioid, Cannibinoid, and other receptors. Does anyone know about this? Also whenever you smoke a menthol cigarette do you actually get the menthol in your system?

I know it affects kappa receptors some how, but I don't think it touches mu.

And yeah, I'd assume because it's in the smoke and goes into your lungs it can be taken up into the bloodstream like most things inhaled or smoked.
