The various chemical classes of Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs do their job to varying extents by reducing the synthesis, action, and transport of prostaglandins, a class of hormone-like endogenous chemcials which create that body ache feeling and some elements of the headache. The prostate purveys some of at least a couple types of them. This is why Monica Lewinsky preloaded with both Altoids and Advil before stepping up to the microphone.
So why have I never seen an Advil commercial with Ms Lewinsky in it or a Naproxen newspaper advertisement of someone giving someone a blowjob?
