So for medical patients for whom stopping for a week or two is hard, and you're eating/vaping/smoking or whatever what is literally the finest and most potent bud/hash/shatter strains the world has to offer. It still gets expensive considering it's not on health insurance. What do you do to deal with tolerance? Do any of the -racetams help in potentiating thc and CBDs without other psychoactive effects?

Tolerance breaks are the only way unfortunately. If you medicate every hour or so, then waiting 4 hours for your next hit will produce a noticeably stronger effect, waiting a day will be stronger, and so on.

Are you able to take breaks?

Just because you're not getting high doesn't mean you're not getting the medicinal effects. I don't get high like I used to but cannabis is still very effective for my nausea and pain. I've actually been slightly decreasing my doses over the last 6-12 months. I use mainly oral ethanol-extracted oil ("Rick Simpson" style oil) and BHO (as dabs).
