Medical Marijuana stains for PTSD?

So the last time I smoked weed was in my early 20's in the early 2000's. I'm now in my 30's, just got my Weed Card for PTSD and have discovered there are many different strains that treat different things. Does anyone have experience with this? I don't even know where to begin. I just know I got my card so I can relax and calm my anxiety a bit... any info would be appreciated... thanks!

i would try strain high in CBD what area are you in? you're lucky how i wish i was in a medical approved state
ACDC strain is high in CBD 15+:1 cbd to thc no crazy head high and awesome body high no anxiety or paranoia perfect strain for PTSD and anxiety
when i say 15:1 ratio cbd to thc meaning it has high levels of CBD to low levels of THC the higher the cbd the more it will help counteract the anxiety and paranoia thc induces
anything 2:1 cbd to thc strains will be ideal if you can find any
also stay away from sativas if you are prone to anxiety as they give more of a stimulating effect and can cause anxiety look for a indica its more relaxing
