MDMA with Amoxicillin?

I know that Amoxicillin inhibits some enzymes which are needed to break down molly and therefore it is recommend to take a lower dose or avoid rolling while on amoxi, I am also considering to skip a dose or 2 to be extra safe.

So I was just wondering if anyone knows how long after my last amoxicillin would be relatively safe to roll? And would it be fine to go back on the amoxi the next morning?

I of course understand every opinion here is just an opinion and not medical advice
