MDMA when taking anti-coagulant drugs (Clexane/enoxaparin sodium)

Hello all, I am just wondering if anyone knows of any increased risks of someone taking MDMA when taking anti coagulant medication (clexane/enoxaparin). Specific help would be how does MDMA effect the blood or blood vessels? as anti-coagulant medication makes ones blood thinner and therefore makes it very hard to clot. I appreciate this might be hard to answer due to a lot of MDMA being mixed with other substances but for the average sample, how much more at risk would one be when doing this?
