MDMA side effect - sore tongue

Hi, I have noticed a really annoying hangover symptom I get from MDMA. The morning after and the next few days after rolling my tongue is really sore at the tip and has kinda like dots on it, like something has swollen. It feels a bit like when you burn your tongue. Its not from biting my tongue or dehydration, I really am starting to think it's from the drug. Does anyone else get this? does anyone know how to prevent it?

Don't rub your tongue on the inside of your teeth while rolling. It will leave the tip all raw and sore like you are thinking.

I bite the sides of my tongue a lot, never the tip. Chew gum or something to keep your mouth busy.

For me i have to make a conscious effort while rollin because if i chew gum, the jaw/headache pain is worse by comparison....
