MDMA erection dysfunction and tingling problems

December 2016, I tried for the first time MDMA. From that time on, I am coping with erection problems and lack of enjoyment during sex and I continually feel some kind of tingling in my hands and feet. I am now one and half year further and still have erection dysfunction and tingling in hands and feet problems. It has hardly effected my whole life and I am becoming very depressed because of it. i tried several suplment including 5-htp, choline..vitamines.. ect, but doesnt help much.
I would like to know; is this permanent. I really don?t know what to do? How can this happen to me after only one time use of MDMA.
Is there anything I can do? How to cope with this problem?

You need to see a doctor, as really, any advice we could give you would be anecdotal and not specific to our issue. Aside from advice on what to take, maybe look at other factors in your life, age, diet, things like that. Are you stressed. MDMA causes ED while on the substance but a single odd lasting effect like this is rare.

But the best advice anyone could give you is to see your doctor.
