MDMA and tramadol

Hi, thanks for taking the time to help me out. So little back story, i suffer from mild chronic fatigue syndrome/M.E. I take tramadol a few times a week as it pretty much kills it so i take it for work. I only need one 50mg tramadol in a morning and thats all i take. Never take it on a sunday or monday (my days off.) So this week ive taken it tuesday morning and wednesday morning 10am. I have a rave and intent on taking mdma around 10pm friday night (60 hours since last ingestion of tramadol.) Will this be okay?

Yeah you should be fine. I think the main risks occur when the two are used in direct conjunction.
