MDMA and Stomach Issues

Hey all- MDMA is known to cause stomach issues, including diarrhea or at least the feeling of it. Are there any work arounds for this? Would Pepto Bismol or Immodium or anything like that work, or would it inhibit the MDMA itself? Any ideas?

Ironically, at least for diarrhea, plugging the MDMA can avoid the issue. But if you're not comfortable with that, some users here suggest taking a TUMS prior to dropping. There's no reaon why Pepto Bismol or Immodium would block the MDMA, so don't worry about that.
