Try this for 2 weeks:
1. no porn
2. exercise vigorously daily. 10 minutes is enough to start if you are having issues with energy. Try a combo of 20 (or as many as you can do) push ups, sit ups, squats, and jumping jacks.
3. eat real food. nothing that comes in a box, bag, or can, absolutely zero fast food or soda. I love meat, but some friends who went vegetarian or vegan reported great results in the bedroom. Either way, you need more leafy greens and bright colored veggies. Citrus is really cleansing to the body and improves circulation. diet is everything.
4. eat your vitamins. l-arginine, niacin, sulbutiamine, choline, zinc, magnesium all affect circulation, motivation, and sexual function. B vitamins are very important as well.
5. no booze, no drugs, and at least 6 hours sleep on a regular schedule.
6. find yourself a hobby or project to take your mind off the subject and immerse yourself in.
7. after about 2 weeks of this, you should perk right back to normal. If not, could be something that a doctor can help you with.
