I done MDMA 3 months ago and still cannot get a full erection. Should I stop watching porn for a while or is it good to watch to try and rewire my brain? I haven't made any progress in 3 months I'm really scared. Any replies will be really appreciated

What makes you think that taking MDMA 3 months ago is causing your erectile problems. 3 months is a long time. Long enough to completely recover from MDMA. Perhaps you're just having erectile problems despite taking MDMA. I know my friend used to struggle to get it up, he never took MDMA. Erectile dysfunction is pretty common. If you really need to perform in the bedroom, try taking viagra or something.
 
Exercise and diet, my friend. That's honestly all it boils down to. Viagra works too. Capsaicin (the thing that makes spicy food spicy) is also a handy remedy for ED as it's an effective vasodilator. Both of these are short term solutions though. Eat plenty of fruit and veggies and try eating less fatty and processed foods as they sort of bar circulation and get physical, something like a lil jog, for at least an hour or two a week. Then you'll be good to go when it's time to get it on, given that you're not on MDMA at the time.

If you find yourself ready to get it on and you've consumed MDMA and your soldier isn't standing ten-hut feel free to use viagra or capsaicin.
 
Djtalksin-I've tried eating healthy and it doesn't seem to work maybe it's just a waiting game and it comes back soon hopefully. It's seemed like forever I feel sorry for my girl

also, i think its similar to PSSD, which you can get from taking SSRIs.

brainfucked : you could try taking l-arginin daily. do some research on google.

exercise is also great for bloodflow.

other than that, i d try to abstain from porn for a while ...
 
I second the Viagra, I've had a few friends recently tell me it solves all their problems when they party too hard.
Its not something a young guy would be proud of, but if it kick starts your mojo, then perhaps its worth testing out...

I used to have big confidence issues; if I felt like I couldn't do it, it wasn't going to happen....i could only get the job done at the time I was 100% absolutely sure I was ready...
Self ego plays a big role, try to be confident in yourself, because if you dont believe in yourself, then nobody will!

It's been 3 months. It's very unlikely that any erectile problems experienced now are due to taking MDMA 3 months ago.
 
read about pssd as mdma increase serotonine levels as ssri does therefore it can cause a downregulation of some 5ht channels. but also a upregulation is possible long term or with med aid.
 
Once you start with a flop problem it's hard to get rid of as it's all you think about.

Get some Viagra to get some confidence in the old chap back.
 
Stop watching porn for two weeks. Don't touch it , just leave it alone. Worked for me.
 
Try this for 2 weeks:

1. no porn

2. exercise vigorously daily. 10 minutes is enough to start if you are having issues with energy. Try a combo of 20 (or as many as you can do) push ups, sit ups, squats, and jumping jacks.

3. eat real food. nothing that comes in a box, bag, or can, absolutely zero fast food or soda. I love meat, but some friends who went vegetarian or vegan reported great results in the bedroom. Either way, you need more leafy greens and bright colored veggies. Citrus is really cleansing to the body and improves circulation. diet is everything.

4. eat your vitamins. l-arginine, niacin, sulbutiamine, choline, zinc, magnesium all affect circulation, motivation, and sexual function. B vitamins are very important as well.

5. no booze, no drugs, and at least 6 hours sleep on a regular schedule.

6. find yourself a hobby or project to take your mind off the subject and immerse yourself in.

7. after about 2 weeks of this, you should perk right back to normal. If not, could be something that a doctor can help you with.
 
I would still recommend getting checked out by a doctor. It could be a neurological or vascular issue not related to MDMA that is causing the problem.
