MDMA and midol pill?

Not really down with the caffeinated drinks, but I was told that all midol pills were was a pain killer and caffeine, i wanted more of an energetic roll, is this safe? Thanks

Hi. It's generally inadvisable to take a medicine with several compounds in it if you only need just one of them.
Only "Midol Complete" has caffeine (60mg) in it, the rest does not. However it also has 500mg paracetamol (painkiller - toxic to the liver in higher dosages) and an antihistamine which usually makes you drowsy. I imagine the caffeine is there to counter effect it.
You can get caffeine only tablets as well, go for that. 60mg equals to a good shot of espresso or a can of energy drink.

Should be relatively safe yeah. However, there are just straight up caffeine pills that are easy to obtain so just get some of those instead.
