MDMA and Doxycycline

Hey I've been on 200mg of doxycycline for acne for a year or so and have never rolled before. I've checked the "Guide to Antibiotics" thread and it lists doxycycline as potentially dangerous to roll with, though people have done it safely before. Most of the posts are years old now so I'm curious about any new experiences people have had while rolling on doxy? Also, if it's safe for me to take, what dosage? I'm around 130lbs and again never rolled before.. Thanks!

If I remember correctly, doxycycline is listed as an inhibitor of a CYP450 enzyme involved in MDMA metabolism but in practice this really isnt the case. Let me double check, but think its fine.

Yeah, I think youre good. You may still want to cut your dose by 25-50% initially just to be safe. Can take more later.
