mdma and clindamycin

can you take them together? clindamycin is a medication used as an antibiotic to prevent infection and all that. are they safe to take together or dangerous?

Clarithromycin not only inhibits CYP3A4 (the enzyme that breaks down MDMA in the liver) but it has a HUGE toll on the body. Its one of the few antibiotics that I absolutely can not tolerate in any dose. I would not roll on it.

Clindamycin on the other hand is not nearly as strong as an inhibitor. Still should not mix any antibiotics with recreational drugs.
