MDMA and antibiotics

I have just got bacterial tonsillitis, I've not been to the doctor yet but know what it is as I have had it before. I'm thinking of going to the doctor tomorrow and know they will give me some penicillin based antibiotics. I was planning on taking mdma on Friday and I wanted to know if it'd be better starting the antibiotics now so if be 3 days in when I roll or if it's better to wait until after Friday to start them?
