So I'm currently tapering my citalopram and will be completely off in a few months.
I have been on em for a year Meybe a year and a half.
I haven't done mdma in a pretty long as time cus of this and am hyped af!!!
My question is will 2 weeks be enoug to get rid of the citopram and somewhat reverse the down regulation.
Would it be physically safe to jump straight in w 220mg (I've alot of fucking nostalgic feelings to the side effects of higher doses and would love to experience those again.)
How high would the risk be that the ssri use has a permanent negative influence on the effects of mdma?
If I do end up experiencing that^ what should I expect?
No roll a more amphetamine like roll less empactogenic effects less euphoria or just gonna need to take more?
I've also read this somewhere online.

But i have to admit that I'm not to educated on the topic of pharmacology(doing my best though lmao).
It seems likely that you'd be more likely to get serotonin syndrome if you went off SSRIs then took MDMA (but there's no research literature on this - it just makes logical sense to me that this could be the case based on the pharmacology of the drugs).
May this be true?
