Mdma after 25i nbome

Alright so last night I tried 25i (my first psychedelic for the first time.) I took 1000ug and I am planning on taking mdma 4 days after. I have also never tried mdma ever before and was wondering if the effects would be weaker. Do u guys think I should wait it out or just go for it??

wait longer if you had 1000 mics you need a week at least to get to baseline
have to let those receptors regenerate

You should be fine, 25I is relatively selective for 5ht2a, whereas MDMA's effects come from release of monoamines and the other serotonin receptors being activated.
