I am about to turn 50 and I have gotten to the point that I cannot get to sleep without rubbing one out. Believe me, It is not the worst way to fall asleep but are there any other guys out there needing to do this?
 
I think most 50-year-old men would be envious of your libido.

If it's a problem, see what happens when you don't rub one out. What do you do when you stay up? Maybe you could be productive for something new.
 
i just turned 40 and I rub one out whenever the fuck i feel like it. i havent broken my record of 15 times/day when i was a teen, but Ive come damn close LOL. I'd be HAPPY to be able to just rub ONE out then go to sleep. Give me another decade I suppose lol.

btw, take a look at your local craigslist. there are more 50yo guys on there than 20, even ones with gf's/wives. so being horny as all at 50 isnt by any means unusual or unique.
 
Could never get into that habit.. tend to stay hard for awhile afterwards, the blanket rubs a bit and it never dies down, and I like to sleep on my front so.. I just listen to some soothing TED talks on my ipod instead =D
