marquis was yellow and then orange? mystery from poland

I recently came into possession of an envelope Poland (completely by accident). Inside there were some random advertisements and then in the center I found a flat folded piece of packing tape. After opening the tape i found more than 100 white pills. The pills had no markings save for a line down the middle to split them. I bought a test kit from bunk police and it turned the liquid deep orange after about 45 seconds which according to the chart is "mescaline". Ive never seen it in this form before (see link for pics) about the size of my 5mg Adderall pills but a little thicker. I'm wondering if this is actually a compound containing mescaline or synthetic mescaline since i know it takes a large dose to feel any effect? The other possibility is that I am mistaking the orange for one of the tan-ish colors on the left of the chart, like methylone or butylone. The pics are below. Any assistance would be appreciated.
