Marijuana while on Prednisone and Cipro

SWIM currently has bronchitis and sinusitis and was prescribed and taking Prednisone and Cipro. SWIM would like to know if it is safe to use marijuana while on these medications and also the effects of marijuana while taking these medications.

all I know particular to this situation is the interaction between prednisone and weed. both make me hungry, but i got super-munchies mixing them.
