Is there anyone out there who is prescribed synthetic THC(Dronabinol or Marinol)? I am prescribed Marinol for appetite and nausea by my cancer doctor. I live in a state where Cannabis is still illegal. It doesn't work worth a shit for me even after taking 3-4X the prescribed dose. I was just wondering if it actually helped anyone. I am fighting to keep my weight up, and nothing seems to work as well as some good quality bud!
