Misc making Ambien CR into IR

25mg of ambien CR puts me to sleep after a bit of ritalin fun, but i sleep for 12+ hours and wake up fucked the next day.

whereas 10mg of ambien IR knocks me out within 40 minutes and i feel fine the next day.

do i just crush these CR's up very finely in order to make them IR? is it that simple? i'm not ready to sleep yet but i just tried crushing up one and there i no gummy layer or anything its just a fine powder now. did i just turn it into ambien IR?

I might have wrote that same few years ago as I had my share of Ambien after Ritalin :p

Yes you have just broken the constant release method.

Just don't let things escalate from that Ritalin and Ambien use and stay safe.

hahah thank you, but no i don't see too much fun with ambien recreationally. i only took it recreationally once or twice when i first got the prescription. not very fun..

i actually do have insomnia and i need it sometimes when i can't get to sleep..

I've been trying to sleep but as the sun won't set nearly at all anymore on these latitudes I am having rough time sleeping as it is also keeping birds awake and they are chirping all the time...
