Making Adderall XR to IR?

I was wondering if you could turn the adderall XR pills into IR by crushing up the bells inside and taking them directly? I have 20mg adderall XR and the XR is just not doing anything for me, nd I had heard good things about the IR. I was just wondering if this would work. Also I took an Adderall XR this morning about 2 hours ago and was wondering if doing this method of crushing one up and taking it is safe to do in combination?

You can and can't. It will help with more rapid absorption to crush the XR beads but IMO you can never get them to the point where they are indiscernible from the IR pills. Maybe i just have a poor method of crushing them, i'm sure others will have a different opinion.

Crush them then let the powder dissolve in a shot glass in some sprite. Drinking that shot will work much better than just parachuting the powder.

grind the xr beads up and there you go
