Heroin making a sortable powder from BTH( black tar heroin), questions?

SWIM has begun to use black tar heroin for awhile and only ingests it by insufflation.

SWIM makes his powder by wiping the coating of some sleep aids or Benadryl then crushing them up into a fine powder. Next SWIM begins to add some water to a piece of tar and mixes it around until all of it is in liquid form. Finally SWIM mixes the powder and liquid together to make a nice sortable powder after it has dried of course and has been mixed around to create a nice even color.

SWIM has a question, what other cutting agents can you use to mix this together?????? (baking soda? baking powder? flour? sugar?). SWIM is running out of sleep aids and wishes to not use these anymore as they may be harmful(besides the fact of doing drugs).

ANY ideas? WHAT OTHER CUTTING AGENTS are out there?

Lactose is most common but I've seen everything from shoe polish to brown sugar used.
