could 50mg Luvox combined with 10mg of adderall cause serotonin syndrome or any other adverse effects? I'm being forced to take the Luvox, by the way.

I don't see any direct interactions, but there's always that shadow of serotonin syndrome, mysterious specter of doom, haunting SSRIs, like that burly kid from your shop class (if they still had those) with tattoos, just walking ten paces behind you, but you're on SSRIs, so you don't really notice or care or do anything.

But I think you buried the lede, what's going on with the mandatory meds? We have a forum solely devoted to bitching about these kinds of things, if you get some Adderall-induced hyperlogia, maybe some embarrassing logorrhea (happens to all guys, it's OK) you want to type for posterity.

Mom thinks I really need it because I did get really depressed 2 months ago, but now I really feel I don't need them. Went 1 week off of it recently and was totally fine. I'll just reduce the current dose to 25mg, at least.

It's just one of the rarer psych drugs (at least on a drugs-we-like-to-abuse board), only FDA approved for OCD, and has some substantial drug interactions (including caffeine, I hope you know, and sildenafil, which you may need if you keep abusing your friends' Adderall).

I mean, it's none of our business, but it sounded like there might be more to the drama. I never gave the link to The Dark Side Forum, so there I just did; but it's a place to vent, and wait a minute, you been a member nearly 7 times longer than I have, you know your way around. Talking all condescending to you like some greenlighter.

But yeah. Still an SSRI, fluvoxamine. Currently on my shit list as far as drugs go. And while there's no real concern with combining with amphetamine, it really does have a long list of interacting drugs you should be aware of. Some wouldn't hurt you really, like ibuprofen, but you could have a problem if you can't metabolize caffeine as quickly.

Yeah all psychiatric drugs are on my shit list. But if you were in my situation, would you take 10mg of amphetamine while on 25mg of Luvox?

Honey, I ate quarter gram of the crystal form today, and I've only been awake for five hours. Stopped the Zoloft, but used to take it as directed during binges.

But like I said earlier, that particular combo isn't more dangerous than either by themselves. I wouldn't worry about it.
