lump in anas after plugging heroin

I plugged 2 bags of heroin I was nodding for 5 hours It was great but now 2 days later i have a pea sized lump

It's not pain full unless I squeeze it I can't pop it no matter how hard I try it's just in my anal cavity not deep in what should I do.

take a bath, make sure the area stays as clean as possible, put coconut oil on it, don't pop it or try to. Leave it alone and maybe give it another two days and then maybe call your doc

Hopefully it is just an inside hemorrhoid. Is it itchy? If so try a hemorrhoid ointment. I definitely would not sqeeze it or try to pop it! If you are really worried go to an ER.

^ Good advice in stop picking at it and soaking in the tub. It sounds like this might be a hemorrhoid or anal fissure. If it doesn't improve or becomes painful when not touching it, see your doctor. He would be able to tell what it is and how to treat it.
