IMO it will be lackluster and you might be bummed for wasting tabs. It's mostly harmless for someone who is acclimated and in control of their set/setting.
Def did this when I was younger because of dates that came up where she wanted to trip, as long as you got sleep it will be underwhelming at worst in my personal experience.
