oy vey - mothers day has triggered some really super deep stuff about my own mother as well as my own daughter - geez it's kinda trippy sometimes - anyone else have similar experience?

i've also quit drinking alcohol regularly and increased medical cannabis for pain, as I dont like the taste of big pharma - clean for years, not even anti-depressants.

good question - maybe nothing, but its related to my writing an old story from bad trip - i think it's triggered memories - the writing process, not LSD itself..
