LSA Extraction Question

I was wondering if anyone had a reasonable estimate on the input>yield value of an LSA extraction from Hawaiian Baby Woodrose Seeds. A solvent based extraction that is, not a CWE. For example if 250 seeds are extracted, around how many mcg/mg of alkaloids could be expected?

Hawaiian Baby Woodrose % 0.04 LSA

(Percentages are by weight, so one HBWR has on average 0.25mg of LSA)

Isoergine = 31.36% ; 0.188%
Ergometrine = 8.20% ; 0.049%
Lys. alpha-OH-ethylamide = 5.79% ; 0.035%
IsoLys. = 3.98 % ; 0.024%


IT IS NOT JUST LSA THERE ARE ISOMERS OF IT IN THE SEEDS.
I WOULD EXPECT, IF A GOOD EXTRACTION HAD TAKEN PLACE A PURITY OF 90%
