Low release to fast release- amitryptilin, need some advice

Hi every body,

I have some problem with my treatment of amitryptilin.
I take every morning 25mg diffucaps(or Low release) and 10mg of amitryptilin at 6pm.

Amitryptilin in diffucaps was deleted. Now i must take all my treatment in fast relaese.
But my body don't accept this changement, i have a lot of withdrawal symptoms like
High anxiety
Desorientation
Head pain
tiredness
Brainfog

I m on this dosage for 2 weeks and nothing is better now.
Yesterday i took 5 extra mg and this morning 25 mg instead of 25.
But today that's not better i feel very anxious and i will be better.

What can i do ?
How stabilize me ?
