Just a think what if you cooked it like you were going to iv it then just take it orally? If done the is with zohydro. It took away the sickness

I suggest sticking to the extended release.
But....you can easily make them Instant release by using a mortar....mortar them as they are and when It's all powder add a little sugar and mortar again...then put it in water and drink it.

Just so you know pill ID is not allowed, but reading your thread it doesn't sound like you want to..

@dwightmann If you're talking about using a spoon, I'll look into that. If you meant the microwave method, right now I don't have one available.
@zirbeldude2 Will try this today. I did try a mortar and pestle, but left it at my previous place. Does the sugar help to break down the granules? (I don't mind the taste at all)
@kleinerkiffer Apologies - I did check around to see if pill ID was allowed, obviously didn't look hard enough.
It's not exactly an ideal situation, and I'd prefer to just have the correct level of pain relief. Again without going into too much detail, I have an autoimmune disease and have exhausted all other options. Oxycodone works perfectly and gets me back to work, happy and productive. I may need to change specialists if I continue not being taken seriously. Right now I'm treated like a case file rather than a person, specialist is very interested in the progression of the disease in a very detached way, but only confers regarding pain by telling me what I can't have and what won't work (despite it obviously working) - and only in letters to my doctor behind my back.
