If I am posting in the wrong forum i apologize.

a friend of mine was searching for non dark web research chem sites. some problem he encountered with sites that take visa card payment:

- some sites do not ship to residential addresses

- some do not ship to usa

and concerns with sites that do only accepted dubious forms of payment. Although he wouldn't mind that if he knew of others that give credibility to such sites.

So he is looking for some non scam non dark web sites for something like 4f-mph

Yea buddy. Nothing personal, but like FUBAR said, this just isn't something that we do here. We exist only as a knowledge base for the promotion of safety.
