Is there a forum that u can post in to make suggestions for the site?

It may seem lame or lazy.. But it's great that there is a 'top of page' hyperlink at the bottom of page, but anyway of getting a 'bottom of page' at the top?
I'm on a mobile device and at time I have to scroll all the way down if it's a multi respond thread or long thread responses in it. (Hope that made sense, cuz it did in my hard originally). If it's just a few response thread, it jumps me to the bottom.

What I would really love is a "view from last visit" button that shows just the new posts in each thread. It sucks large to wade through 18 PGs bc you weren't sure where you left off.. I don't know though if it's possible on this style of forum, admittedly a computer doofus.
 
Try finding this button Bliss66, just to the right of the thread title

It opens the thread at the latest post. (The original poster is posting from a mobile device, I am not sure about on the mobile version)
