Supplements Long Term Effects of SERMs

Anyone in this forum familiar with the long term effects of SERMs? I have been taking Centchroman/Ormeloxifene as a birth control for 13 years, but I feel like I am starting to have issues. Curious for your take on it. Another user in a different forum recommended I ask here. I have read there can be long term dopamine effects from SERMs. Thoughts?

Any prescription medication taken for 13 years has the potential for side effect..
